↩️ Return Window

  • International customers can request a return within 14–30 days from the date of delivery (depending on destination).

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  2. Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  3. Custom, final sale, or personalized items cannot be returned.


💸 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

  • We recommend insured shipping for higher-value items to protect against loss or damage during return transit.


📦 Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Photos of the damage/defect

    • Order number and item details

  • We will cover return shipping for defective or damaged items and offer a full refund or replacement.


🔄 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Refund amount may be reduced by shipping/handling fees if return is for buyer preference (size, style, etc.).

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less-than-original condition.


💌 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are treated as new purchases.

  • You must return the original item following the return process.

  • Place a new order for your desired size or style once your return is accepted.


🌍 International Returns

  • Customers outside Pakistan are responsible for return customs clearance, duties, and shipping fees, unless the item is defective.

  • We recommend checking your country’s import/export regulations before shipping items back.

  • Delivery timelines for international returns can take 2–6 weeks, depending on courier and customs.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or limited edition items

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items damaged by buyer misuse

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and address details.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier.

  4. Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.

  • Keep all receipts and shipping documents for returns.

  • Refunds will appear on your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

  • Thredoo reserves the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet our eligibility criteria.
